Doesn't change phaseDec 31, 2011
By Bengal I was really excited because it is called Moon Phase Optimizer. I thought it changed phases for how much the thing cost. It is also really big and bulky, but it is still really pretty and I love it because it was a gift from my guy. Just know what you are getting.
