Pretty good item for the money you spend for it. It's a fairly simple piece of jewelry, about an inch in length and fairly light. You can't quite tell from the pictures, but it's missing the back half to allow it to lay on the skin better. That may be a good, or a bad thing for you, depending what you're looking for.
