For inquiries regarding an order already placed, please go to My Account and contact us next to your order. This ensures the quickest possible customer service for you.

If your order arrives as described and you would like to return it, you may send it back in original condition within 30 days for an exchange or refund of the item price(s) (we cannot refund any s&h).  If a free shipping promotion was used, the normal s&h will be deducted from the refund price. 

If your product arrives damaged or we have sent the wrong item please let us know so we can do a quick exchange for you.
